Peyton had been gone most of the year and was glad to finally be home for Christmas.

All that was needed for a very Buffy Christmas: Dawn, all of her friends, and NO VAMPIRES-something she almost never got.

Although she knew it wasn’t very Christmas-like, she couldn’t just let a nameless package of such quality be left on her desk without finding out who it was from.

Celebrating Christmas without Santa Claus and without a real tree seemed almost counterintuitive, but the kids still loved Christmas, and he wasn’t going to stop them.

Advent 24. Christmas

Spending this Christmas surrounded by so many people who care about each other is enough to make him forget -- for the time being, at least -- that they're dealing with the Apocalypse.
